Jenny starts with the understanding that the human body, spirit and mind is designed to heal itself and function on a high level. She works with clients to create practices that connect them to the inherent wisdom of their mind, body and spirit. She is an experienced yoga teacher, having taught over 650 hours in individual sessions, accumulated 700 hours in yoga trainings and assisting teacher trainings, and a weekly group class schedule since 2013.

She draws on years of practice in yoga, Forrest yoga, somatic awareness practices, psychoanalytic and critical theory, anatomy, bodywork and science based systems including Functional Range Conditioning and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization.
